At Breathelab, we keep it simple.

We want you to get your mouth tape fast so you can start sleeping better.

1. Processing Time

We move quick. Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours. If you order over the weekend, we’ll have it out first thing Monday morning.

2. Shipping Rates (Singapore)

• Orders above S$100: Free delivery.
• Orders below S$100: A flat fee of S$3.99 is charged.

3. Delivery Times

Since we are based in Singapore, local delivery is lightning fast:

• Singapore Orders: 1–3 business days.
• International (ASEAN): 5–8 business days.
• Rest of the World: 7–12 business days.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including:

4. Tracking Your Order

No guessing games. As soon as your order is on the way, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can follow your package from our door to yours.

5. Wrong Address?

If you made a mistake with your address, write to us immediately via our Contact Page.

If the package hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we’ll fix it for you. Once it’s with the courier, we can’t change it, so double-check your details!

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, don't worry. Just reach out to us via our contact form and we’ll send a replacement right away at no extra cost.
