Refund policy
At BreatheLab, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity. Because our Nasal Strips and Mouth Tapes are personal care items, we have a strict policy regarding returns to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following strict conditions:
Unopened Packaging: The product must be in its original, sealed, and tamper-evident packaging. We cannot accept returns for any items where the seal has been broken or the pouch has been opened.
30-Day Window: Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please write to us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our Singapore office. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Condition: Items must arrive back to us in "Good Order"—meaning the outer packaging is not crushed, torn, or otherwise damaged.
3. Verification and Approval
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the goods to verify that the packaging remains factory-sealed.
If the item is found to be opened or damaged, the refund will be rejected, and the item can be sent back to you at your expense.
If the item is verified to be in original condition, we will send you a Confirmation Email approving the refund.
4. Refund Disbursement
Upon confirmation of approval, your refund will be processed via:
- PayNow or Bank Transfer (takes 7-14 business days).
